This page provides Korean, English, and Japanese versions. If translations differ, the Korean version controls unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
서비스 약관
1. 동의
본 서비스 약관은 Num Puzz 이용에 적용됩니다. Num Puzz를 다운로드, 접속 또는 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 이용하지 마십시오.
2. 이용 허락
Num Puzz는 판매되는 것이 아니라 이용 허락되는 앱입니다. 회사는 이용자에게 개인적, 비상업적 오락 목적의 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가능하고 철회 가능한 이용 권한을 부여합니다. 이용자는 본 약관과 적용되는 앱스토어 규칙을 준수해야 합니다.
3. Apple 표준 EULA
Apple App Store를 통해 다운로드한 경우, App Store Connect에서 별도 EULA를 제공하지 않는 한 Apple의 Licensed Application End User License Agreement가 본 약관과 함께 적용됩니다. Apple이 요구하는 조건과 본 약관이 충돌하는 경우, Apple이 요구하는 범위에서는 해당 조건이 우선합니다.
4. 게임 콘텐츠와 진행
Num Puzz에는 퍼즐 스테이지, 하트, 별빛, 힌트, 배지, 꾸미기 요소, 보상 및 기타 게임 기능이 포함될 수 있습니다. 회사는 게임 개선, 스토어 정책 준수, 부정 이용 방지 또는 서비스 운영을 위해 기능, 보상, 콘텐츠, 난이도를 추가, 변경, 조정, 제한 또는 제거할 수 있습니다.
5. 가상 아이템
하트, 별빛, 힌트, 광고 제거, 권한, 기타 디지털 혜택 등 가상 아이템은 현금 가치가 없고 법정 화폐가 아니며 실제 금전으로 교환할 수 없습니다. 해당 아이템은 Num Puzz 내 이용을 위해서만 제공됩니다.
6. 구매와 환불
인앱결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 가격, 세금, 결제 처리, 환불, 청약철회 또는 취소 권리는 해당 앱스토어 규칙에 따릅니다. 회사는 결제카드를 직접 처리하지 않습니다. 구매가 실패, 환불, 취소, 회수되거나 부정 이용이 의심되는 경우 관련 권한이 보류 또는 제거될 수 있습니다.
7. 광고와 보상
Num Puzz는 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 보상은 광고 시청 완료, 네트워크 연결, 광고 제공자의 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다. 광고가 실패하거나 제공되지 않거나 조작이 의심되는 경우 회사는 보상을 제한, 지연 또는 거절할 수 있습니다.
8. 알림
이용자가 알림을 켜는 경우 Num Puzz는 하트 회복 알림 등 로컬 알림을 보낼 수 있습니다. 알림은 앱 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
9. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 법에서 허용하는 범위를 제외하고 Num Puzz를 수정, 역설계, 자동화, 치트 또는 악용하는 행위
- 구매, 광고, 보상 제한 또는 스토어 시스템을 우회하는 행위
- 회사 시스템 또는 제3자 서비스를 방해, 손상, 남용하는 행위
- 앱의 자산, 이름, 캐릭터, 퍼즐, UI, 오디오, 텍스트 등 지식재산을 무단 복제 또는 배포하는 행위
10. 지식재산권
Num Puzz의 코드, 아트워크, 캐릭터, UI, 오디오, 퍼즐, 텍스트, 이름 및 기타 콘텐츠는 회사 또는 라이선스 제공자의 소유이며 지식재산권 법령의 보호를 받습니다. 본 약관 또는 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 이를 복제, 배포, 변형하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
11. 보증 부인
Num Puzz는 “있는 그대로” 및 “이용 가능한 상태”로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 회사는 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 무중단 이용 가능성, 정확성, 비침해성에 관한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증을 부인합니다.
12. 책임 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 회사는 Num Puzz 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 간접, 부수, 특별, 결과적, 징벌적 손해 또는 진행 정보, 데이터, 이익, 영업권 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
13. 미성년자와 보호자 동의
거주 국가에서 성년이 아닌 이용자는 부모 또는 법정대리인의 허락을 받아 Num Puzz를 이용해야 합니다. 부모 또는 법정대리인은 미성년자의 앱 이용과 구매에 대해 책임을 집니다.
14. 종료
이용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 앱을 악용하거나 법적 위험을 발생시키거나 회사가 서비스를 중단하는 경우, 회사는 Num Puzz 또는 관련 기능에 대한 접근을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든 앱 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
15. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다. 다만 이용자 거주 지역의 강행 소비자보호 법령이 다르게 정하는 경우 그 범위에서는 해당 강행 법령이 우선 적용될 수 있습니다.

17. 변경
회사는 앱 기능, 법령, 스토어 정책 변경에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시됩니다. 변경 후 Num Puzz를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to your use of Num Puzz. By downloading, accessing, or using Num Puzz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Num Puzz is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
3. Apple Standard EULA
For downloads through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent required by Apple.
4. Game Content and Progress
Num Puzz may include puzzle stages, hearts, starlight, hints, badges, cosmetics, rewards, and other game features. We may add, change, rebalance, limit, or remove features, rewards, content, or difficulty to improve the game, comply with store rules, prevent abuse, or operate the service.
5. Virtual Items
Virtual items such as hearts, starlight, hints, ad removal, entitlements, or other digital benefits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are provided only for use in Num Puzz.
6. Purchases and Refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment processing, refunds, withdrawal, or cancellation rights are governed by the applicable app store rules. We do not process payment cards directly. If a purchase fails, is refunded, reversed, or suspected of abuse, related entitlements may be withheld or removed.
7. Ads and Rewards
Num Puzz may offer rewarded ads. Rewards may require a completed ad view, network availability, and successful confirmation from the ad provider. We may limit, delay, or deny rewards if an ad fails, is unavailable, or appears to be manipulated.
8. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Num Puzz may send local reminders such as heart refill alerts. You can disable notifications in app settings or your device settings.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, cheat, automate, or exploit Num Puzz except where allowed by law
- Bypass purchases, ads, reward limits, or store systems
- Use the app in a way that disrupts, damages, or abuses our systems or third-party services
- Copy or redistribute the app's assets, names, characters, puzzles, UI, audio, text, or other intellectual property without permission
10. Intellectual Property
Num Puzz, including its code, artwork, characters, UI, audio, puzzles, text, names, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use it except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
11. No Warranty
Num Puzz is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Num Puzz.
13. Age and Guardian Consent
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Num Puzz only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the app and any purchases.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Num Puzz or related features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create legal risk, or if we stop operating the app. You may stop using the app at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

17. Changes
We may update these Terms as the app, laws, or store rules change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Num Puzz after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
利用規約
1. 同意
本利用規約は Num Puzz の利用に適用されます。Num Puzz をダウンロード、アクセス、または利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、アプリを利用しないでください。
2. ライセンス
Num Puzz は販売されるものではなく、利用を許諾されるアプリです。当社は、個人的かつ非商業的な娯楽目的でアプリを利用するための、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可、取消可能なライセンスを付与します。利用者は本規約および適用されるアプリストア規則を遵守する必要があります。
3. Apple標準EULA
Apple App Store からダウンロードした場合、App Store Connect で別途カスタムEULAが提供されない限り、Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement が本規約に加えて適用されます。本規約と Apple が要求する条件が矛盾する場合、Apple が要求する範囲で当該条件が優先されます。
4. ゲームコンテンツと進行
Num Puzz には、パズルステージ、ハート、スターライト、ヒント、バッジ、装飾要素、報酬、その他のゲーム機能が含まれる場合があります。当社は、ゲーム改善、ストア規則の遵守、不正防止、サービス運営のために、機能、報酬、コンテンツ、難易度を追加、変更、調整、制限、削除する場合があります。
5. 仮想アイテム
ハート、スターライト、ヒント、広告削除、権利、その他のデジタル特典などの仮想アイテムは現金価値を持たず、法定通貨ではなく、現実の金銭と交換することはできません。これらは Num Puzz 内での利用のためにのみ提供されます。
6. 購入と返金
アプリ内購入は Apple App Store または Google Play によって処理されます。価格、税金、決済処理、返金、撤回またはキャンセルの権利は、該当するアプリストア規則に従います。当社は支払いカードを直接処理しません。購入が失敗、返金、取消、回収された場合、または不正利用が疑われる場合、関連する権利が保留または削除されることがあります。
7. 広告と報酬
Num Puzz はリワード広告を提供する場合があります。報酬には、広告視聴の完了、ネットワーク接続、広告提供者による確認が必要な場合があります。広告が失敗した、利用できない、または操作された疑いがある場合、当社は報酬を制限、遅延、または拒否することがあります。
8. 通知
利用者が通知を有効にした場合、Num Puzz はハート回復通知などのローカル通知を送ることがあります。通知はアプリ設定または端末設定で無効にできます。
9. 禁止行為
利用者は以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法律で許可される範囲を除き、Num Puzz を改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正操作、自動化、悪用する行為
- 購入、広告、報酬制限、ストアシステムを回避する行為
- 当社システムまたは第三者サービスを妨害、損傷、悪用する行為
- アプリの素材、名称、キャラクター、パズル、UI、音声、テキスト、その他の知的財産を無断で複製または再配布する行為
10. 知的財産権
Num Puzz のコード、アートワーク、キャラクター、UI、音声、パズル、テキスト、名称、その他のコンテンツは当社またはライセンサーに帰属し、知的財産法により保護されます。本規約または適用法で認められる場合を除き、複製、配布、改変、商業利用することはできません。
11. 保証の否認
Num Puzz は「現状有姿」および「利用可能な状態」で提供されます。法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、当社は商品性、特定目的適合性、中断のない利用可能性、正確性、非侵害性に関する保証を否認します。
12. 責任制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、当社は Num Puzz の利用に関連して発生する間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、懲罰的損害、または進行情報、データ、利益、信用の損失について責任を負いません。
13. 未成年者と保護者の同意
居住国で成年に達していない利用者は、親権者または法定代理人の許可を得て Num Puzz を利用する必要があります。親権者または法定代理人は、未成年者のアプリ利用および購入について責任を負います。
14. 終了
利用者が本規約に違反した場合、アプリを悪用した場合、法的リスクを生じさせた場合、または当社がサービスを停止する場合、当社は Num Puzz または関連機能へのアクセスを制限または終了することがあります。利用者はいつでもアプリの利用を停止できます。
15. 準拠法
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。ただし、利用者の居住地域における強行的な消費者保護法令が別段の定めをする場合、その範囲では当該強行法令が優先されることがあります。

17. 変更
当社は、アプリ機能、法令、ストア規則の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。更新版は新しい施行日とともに本ページに掲載されます。変更後も Num Puzz を継続して利用する場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
